Customer Registration

  • Please register as a customer when placing your first order.
    Registration is free, and there are no membership fees or annual fees whatsoever.

Customer registration procedure

1. Enter customer information
Please click on " Register Customer Information " here.
Please fill in the required fields in the input form. Your registered email address and password will be required for future logins.
Your privacy is protected by your ID (registered email address) and password, so please be careful to manage your password properly.
We recommend that you change your password regularly.
You can change your password on your My Page (customer-only page).
*If you are using a mobile email address, please set your email settings to allow reception of emails from [@iori-japan.com].
2. Member registration complete
Please read our Privacy Policy carefully.
After agreeing, click "Create" to complete your registration.

If you have forgotten your email address or password.

1. If you have forgotten your password
On the login page, click on "Forgot your password?", enter your registered email address, and click "Submit". An email containing instructions for resetting your password will be sent to your email address.
2. If you have forgotten the email address you used to register as a customer.
Please contact customer support .

My Page (Customer-Only Page) Features

  • A dedicated "My Page" will be created for customers who register.
  • On your My Page, you can check your registration information, purchase history, and more at any time.
    Change registration information, password, add/change delivery address. You can do it from your My Page.

About Membership Cancellation

Please confirm your order details and price.

STEP 07 Order Complete
Your order has been completed. Your order number will be displayed, so please be sure to keep it.
Immediately after completing your order, an order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address. Please check the contents.
If you do not receive a confirmation email, your order may not have been completed successfully. Please check your "Order History" from your My Page.
If your order is not recorded, please place your order again.

*Please note that if there is an error in the email address you registered, you will not receive the order confirmation email.
*If you are using a mobile email address, please set your email settings to allow reception of emails from [@iori-japan.com].

Order Completion to Product Shipping Flow

Payment by bank transfer

  • You will receive an automated order confirmation email from IORILINK.
    Next, IORILINK will send you an email saying "We have received your order."
    Please transfer the payment to the account specified in the "Order Received" email.

    *The payment deadline is one week from the date of order completion. If the deadline is exceeded, the order will be automatically canceled.
    *Please note that the bank transfer fee will be borne by the customer.
    *Please note that we will ship the product after confirming your payment. If we are unable to confirm your payment, we will not be able to deliver the product.
    *Please note that payments made on weekends or public holidays will be confirmed on the next business day.
    *Please be sure to double-check the recipient information when making a bank transfer. If you mistakenly transfer funds to the wrong account, please handle the matter yourself.
  • [If you entered the wrong amount when making a payment]
    Please fill out the inquiry form with the following information.
    Please note that it may take several days to confirm the payment status.

    ① Order number (all order numbers if multiple orders)
    ② Registered account name (Customer's name)
    ③ Specify the incorrect amount of the deposit. ④ Provide your account information (Bank name, Branch name, Account type [Checking/Current], Account holder name [Kanji/Katakana], Account number).
