- Product Description - We have generously cut A5 Matsusaka beef into large dice-sized steak pieces, using cuts such as Misuji, Tougarashi, Loin, and Kurimi. While it can be used as diced steak, it's cut primarily from flavorful, firm cuts, making it ideal for curry and other stews.
 The curry meat you often see contains a lot of tendons and fat, and the proportion of lean meat is low.
 Our diced curry meat is prepared by removing as much fat and sinew as possible, exposing the lean meat. Please enjoy.

 The main contents include 36 items in total, such as the cow's date of birth, place of birth, fattening location, photo of the cow, pedigree, address and name of the farmer who raised the cow, and the number of days of fattening.
